What is the Shipping Philosophy of TC KART?

What is the delivery time period?

Orders within India are delivered within 7 – 8 working days and International orders are delivered in 10 to 15 working days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address.

Do you apply any shipping charges?

Within India, TC KART provides Free Shipping on orders above Rs 599. There will be a shipping charge on orders of Rs. 599 or below. For shipping charges anywhere outside India please contact us on help@tckart.com

Do you accept international orders?

  1. Yes, we do accept International orders. You can place the order with the help of any Indian Bank Card or through PayPal payment gateway.
  2. Shipping charges will be clearly mentioned on the checkout page of the website before making the payment after you enter your shipping address.

RETURN POLICY

  1. Customers can return their order within 14 days of the order delivery.
  2. All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  3. The product amount will be credited back to his/her TC KART.com wallet, once we have received the products and quality check is done.
  4. Refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable.
  5. To self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.
  6. Note: For replacement, kindly follow the return procedure for the product you want to replace and then use the store credit we give you in TC KART wallet to place the order for the new product.

REFUND POLICY

What are the terms and conditions of a refund?

  1. You can ask for a refund against any of your order within 15 days of its date of delivery, provided that the products are found to be defective/ damaged.
  2. All refunds will be credited in your TC KART Wallet as store credits which you can use to shop on TC KART.com
  3. If you are a guest user you will need to register with the email address which you had used to place your order to access wallet

What are the rules for Courier charges refund?

  1. For all self-shipped returns, we will provide you a cashback of Rs.100 for shipments weighing up to 500 grams.
  2. For every next 500 gram slab, an additional Rs.50 will be added to the refund amount.
  3. For example, a single t-shirt piece weighs around 250 grams which if returned would give you a cashback of Rs.100 in your account.
  4. If you happen to return 3 t-shirts, your return shipment weighs 750 grams and would give you a cashback of Rs.150.
  5. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed our cashback rates. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service.
  6. Speed Post is a government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
  7. Courier refund rates are fixed and will not change depending on the courier service you choose to return the product.
  8. If the courier cost is lesser than Rs.100, you will still be receiving a cashback of Rs.100.

How long the refund procedure takes?

  1. The refund procedure will be initiated within 24 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will reflect in your TC KART E-wallet as store credits.

Where should I return my product?

You are requested to courier the product to us at the address mentioned below and we will reimburse courier charges (You will be credited Rs.100 cashback. If courier costs more than Rs.100, please retain your invoice and we will reimburse you accordingly)

I haven’t received my refund yet. What should I do?

  1. We update our customers through emails once we initiate the refund procedure.
  2. If our last email states that we have initiated the refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to complete.
